PBS Voyage of the Odyssea The Chambered Nautilus While on watch for whales the other day, we spotted something unusual floating in the water, upon closer inspection we realized it was the shell of one of the most remarkable creatures in the sea, the Chambered Nautilus.

Nautilus
Wikipedia The nautilus is a marine creature of the class Cephalopoda. The five nautilus species are the sole living members of the Nautiloidea subclass in the order Nautilida. Nautilus is also the name of one of the two genera in the Nautilidae family.
