The Association Of Polish Malacologists
The Association of Polish Malacologists was established in 1995 as an initiative of some persons interested in malacology in Poland. The roots of The Association are from Malacological Section of Investigation of Quaternary Committee of Polish Academy of Sciences. At this time the Association has 72 members. polmalhum.amu.edu.pl Publishes - "Folia Malacologica" is yearly journal erected by Professor Stefan W. Alexandrowicz in 1987, issued at present by the Silesian University Press and the Association of Polish Malacologists. Folia Malacologica serves as an outlet for reporting contributions in malacological research, concerning both recent and Quaternary molluscs. - Quarternary Malacofauna of Poland. Plenty of info on mollusks and malacology in that country.
